Establishing a baseline is essential to tracking progress. Heart rate zones and power zones are both important metrics to track improvements in performance.
Based on the initial benchmarks training sessions will be tailored to you individually, and regular re-assessment will ensure you have no wasted sessions getting the most out of each and every session.
All tests can be done on-site at one of Max’s locations, on your gym bike/treadmill or even on your turbo trainer at home.
Sessions are delivered on a weekly basis and available 24/7 using the popular TrainingPeaks website (free to use as an athlete). Plans are personalised, are updated and based on how you are performing, plus you will receive regular feedback.
Most importantly Max realises that everyone has different demands on their time so he will schedule training sessions around your other commitments.
Max provides personal training services in London, Northampton and Frankfurt which can take place in his studio, an affiliated gym, your home, office or a public space.
