Regular re-testing shows progress as your fitness improves. This means your training program sessions are bespoke and you get the most out of them.
All tests can be done on-site at one of Max’s locations, or on your gym bike/treadmill or even on your turbo trainer at home.
Sessions are delivered on a weekly basis and available 24/7 using the popular TrainingPeaks website. Plans are personalised, are updated and based on how you are performing plus you will receive regular feedback.
Most importantly Max realises that everyone has different demands on their time so he will try and schedule training sessions around your other commitments.
